150mm x 1/2" Phenolic Double Cab Polishing Grinding Laps

Phenolic Double Cab Polishing Grinding Faceting Laps are used to polish domes of cabochons. They can be charged with diamond paste or diamond powder. 6" diameter and have a 12.7mm (1/2") arbor. They are 10mm (7/16") thick and are ground flat and parallel to exacting standards.These are special grooved, hard fibre phenolic laps that are used for final shaping and polishing of sapphire, ruby and garnet (not for faceting). The Star lap has two grooves and retain their diamond compound charge efficiently. Includes 2 x 14mm grooves.Manufactured by Hans.
